They’d worked out that entrepreneurs were most motivated by the insights of successful leaders of ex-start-ups. So they interviewed a number of them. And then asked Candyspace for a global site which would utilise that newly-acquired knowledge, and shop-window Eight Roads’ modern, personable brand.
We knew we had to create an environment that brought the powerful content we had to life. In a way that was super-relevant for this money-rich, time-poor audience. We decided the UI should have a clean, magazine-feel that featured scrolling animation bringing data visualisation to the fore, in easily digestible images and graphs. It also had to be optimised across a range of devices. And configured for social media and CRM for additional reach.
Within the first two weeks of the site going live it had 2,846 total visits, an average session duration of 1 min 58 seconds and a 1% bounce rate.
